Diamond Open Access and Article Processing Policy

The electronic scientific and practical journal “Intellectualization of Logistics and Supply Chain Management” adheres to the principles of Open Science and operates under the Diamond Open Access model.

Starting from June 1, 2026, the journal provides fully free access to all stages of scholarly communication:

  • authors are not charged any fees for manuscript submission, processing, peer review, editing, or publication;
  • readers have unrestricted and free access to all journal content;
  • articles may be read, downloaded, distributed, shared, and reused in accordance with the journal’s licensing policy without financial or technical barriers.

Articles submitted by third-cycle higher education students (Doctor of Philosophy / PhD candidates) who are enrolled in state-funded doctoral programs and are the sole authors of their manuscripts are exempt from any fees associated with manuscript processing, peer review, editing, and publication.

The journal’s editorial activities are supported by the publisher, partner organizations, and other legitimate funding sources, enabling the maintenance of high editorial standards without imposing financial burdens on authors.

Supporting Early-Career Researchers

The journal is committed to supporting early-career researchers and ensuring equal opportunities for the dissemination of scientific results regardless of authors’ financial circumstances.

All submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their scientific quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, and the outcomes of an independent peer-review process.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts are made independently of any financial, institutional, or other external influences.

The peer-review, editorial, and publication processes are conducted in accordance with the principles of academic integrity, the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), internationally recognized scholarly publishing standards, and Open Science policies.

Open Access to the Archive

All journal issues and individual articles are permanently preserved in the journal’s open electronic archive and are freely accessible to researchers, higher education institutions, governmental bodies, businesses, and the general public.

The journal encourages the dissemination of published research through institutional repositories, international scholarly databases, authors’ academic profiles, and other non-commercial open-access platforms.
