By submitting an article to the Journal, you agree to the terms of the public offer.
Articles together with the author’s questionnaire must be submitted to the Editorial Board only in electronic form at: support@smart-scm.org.
When submitting a manuscript to the Journal, the authors confirm their agreement with the terms of the public offer and the manuscript’s compliance with all requirements listed below. If the submitted work does not meet these requirements, the Editorial Board will return the materials to the authors for revision:
Articles are published on a paid basis. The processing of author manuscripts is subject to a fee. The publication fee covers expenses related to typesetting, proofreading, posting the electronic version of the Journal on the official website, and other related costs.
The amount of the fee is specified on the Article Processing Charge page.
Payment is made only after the Editorial Board has made a decision to publish the manuscript and the Author(s) have been notified.
The decision to publish an article in the Journal is made by the Editorial Board based on the reviewers’ evaluation of its scientific and practical significance.
All articles submitted to the Editorial Board for publication undergo peer review. The review process is confidential.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is considered the date on which the Editorial Board receives the final version of the article.
Articles that do not comply with the Submission Requirements will be returned to the authors. The date of receipt will then be considered the date on which the revised article (prepared in accordance with the stated Requirements) is resubmitted.
Articles are accepted for submission to the Journal on a continuous, year-round basis.
The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. More detailed on page Privacy Statement.
